Partnership for a Drug Free Community
Established in 1988, Partnership is a non-profit dedicated to creating a healthier, drug-free community in Northern Alabama—all at no cost.
You commit to care. we commit to you.
No one can take this journey for you, but it’s a lot harder alone. Our peer support specialists have all known that first-hand. So…
A real difference in real lives
By partnering with law enforcement, clergy, educators, medical professionals, local businesses, and government leaders, our initiatives have:
We offer youth education/prevention programs and connect adults to treatment facilities for substance misuse.
Free resources and connections to treatment for individuals living with substance use disorder (SUD).
Evidence-based presentations equip students to make educated choices when faced with a substance-related situation.
Age-specific curriculums focused on the dangers of prescription drug use with a friendly mascot named Ozzie, the ostrich.
For students in 7th to 12th grade to help inspire change in our community and earn volunteer hours.
Thank you to our amazing donors, sponsors, peers and partners who are all committed to reducing substance misuse. The difference we make is not possible without you.

Located in the heart of Huntsville, Partnership is ideally located to serve counties in Northern Alabama. But we also offer remote services whenever possible.
